Kapurpurawan Rock Formation stands among the raging waves of Burgos, Ilocos Norte. It was intricately carved over time by wind, waves and other natural forces. "Puraw" as Ilocanos term it means white as evidenced by its lovely color. Getting close to this marvelous carve requires a bit challenging trek since it is located 3 kilometers away from highway.

THE WINDMILLS OF BANGUI, ILOCOS NORTE
The Windmills of Bangui, Ilocos Norte were erected to support the Northwind Bangui Bay Project. There are 20 turbines all in all, lined along the 9km Bangui shoreline. The turbines, spaced 326 meters apart, are 70 meters high with blades 41 meters long. Each turbine can produce electricity up to 1.65 megawatts.
