THE PHILIPPINES' "EST's"
Traveling makes us encounter our country's "est's" or superlatives. From smallest to highest, from longest to biggest, name it, the Philippines has it. Below are just some of the tourist destinations getting "est" descriptions that I personally visited:

BUGWAK: The Watery Barangay of Dangcagan, Bukidnon
BUGWAK is a local name meaning "fountain or spring". True to its name, Barangay BUGWAK of DANGCAGAN, BUKIDNON has two natural springs gushing out below its lush forests. While Bugwak Gamay (small) remains untouched, Bugwak Dako (big), situated close to local residences, is developed into a swimming pool (still an ongoing project by the local government). Since the project is not yet completed, as of now, July 2018, the pool is still freely open to those who want to take a dip.

CHOOSE AIR TRACK FROM WHOLESALEAIRTRACK
In choosing air track or air mat for tumbling and gymnastic activities, quality is truly a big deal. We all know that gymnastics is an extreme sports, hence, durability and safety of an air mat should be put into consideration. Over time, ordinary air mats gradually wear out. When unnoticed, they might cause injury and fracture to athletes. A wise choice, indeed, saves lives.

MY TOP 20 TREKS IN 2017
Here are my TOP 20 TREKS for 2017:
1. Langun-Gobingob Cave, Calbiga, Western Samar
Conquering the Philippines' biggest cave system is among my greatest trekking fulfillment. The whole exploration took three days. I was in awe looking at the gigantic structures like pillars, altars, clouds, chandeliers and palaces all shimmering. I slept under pointed dagger-like stalactites with crickets biting on my skin. I got goosebumps upon hearing thousand different voices that sounded like howling and wailing. I also experienced crawling with residents snakes, watching flocking bats on show and climbing mountains of guano. Spending a night in the underworld made me badly miss the light.

KINDS OF MOUNTAINEERS YOU MIGHT HAVE MET
Not all hikers view mountaineering the same way. While some are campaigning for nature preservation, some are just counting mountains they conquered. Some go to the mountains to ease their burden while some want to face the challenges ahead. Some want to socialize while some want quiet time. Mountaineers are ordinary people too. They have lots of differences. They do the same thing, but not the same way.
What kind of mountaineers have you met along the trails?
Here are kinds of mountaineers I've encountered from my personal mountaineering experiences:
1. SOCIABLE is everyone's friend. Whether he's the climb organizer or a mere guest, he has everyone's attention and sympathy. He loves to hike in battalion. He does climbing for socialization.

MALAYANAN FALLS: Simply Alluring
Malayanan Falls is the welcoming landmark of Barangay Malayanan, San
Fernando Bukidnon. It is a multi-tiered waterfalls located right after
the hanging bridge that crosses Pulangui River. The first drop is
estimated to be 15 feet high. It has a pool for swimming. The second
cascade that is gently crawling down a sloping rock is around 30 feet
high. The third tier is just a mini-falls and is seldom visited.
Malayanan Falls streams down joining the grand Pulangui River.

CABADIANGAN LAKE: Manmade yet Awesome
Cabadiangan Lake used to be unknown. Long before, it was not lake at all. It was just a swamp or marsh. The Small Water Impounding Project (SWIP) of National Irrigation Authority (NIA) made this lovely body of water. This manmade lake supplies water to farms and fields nearby.
