GLAMPING or glamorous camping is now in for those who want to try going outdoors without compromising ease and convenience. When you're in CDO, you are 30-minutes close to a glamping haven, the Ultrawinds Mountain Resort. The resort, situated on a hilltop, offers a grand vista of the city. The place is good for vacation, photoshoot, leisure and nature tripping. Geographically, the resort is located on the hills of Barangay Pualas, Baungon, Bukidnon.

Safari Tent Camping, as it is called, fits to couple and groups who are on tight budget for accommodation yet wanting a new, unique outdoor experience. Safari tents can fit a maximum of 5 beds. Ultrawinds' camping ground has 15 shower rooms for camping guests.

The rate for one tent is only 295/person good for five. A special rate of 999/night if there are only 2 persons in one tent.

HOW TO GET THERE

1. From downtown CDO, take a taxi cab direct to Ultrawinds, which costs around P250. You can arrange with the driver to wait or pick you up.
2. You may book the Ultrawinds Shuttle costing 899 per round trip. The shuttle accommodates a maximum of 22 passengers. One way drop off to the city costs 499. Pickup and drop off is from Downtown Cagayan de Oro only.
