TREKKING: WHAT DO I GET FROM IT?

Trekking is to journey on foot especially on mountainous areas.


People without passion in trekking, mountaineering or any outdoor activities will never appreciate my hobbies nor understand my point of view. When they ask me what I get from climbing mountains, I simply answer them "NOTHING" instead of wasting my time and their time explaining what I really feel. 


If you wouldn't mind, here's the list of what I get from trekking:

1. Trekking helps me regain my health
a. It unloads stress
b. It improves my endurance
c. It hardens my muscles
d. It exercises my heart
e. It relaxes my mind
f. It even restores my sanity

5. Trekking is a great way of communing with God
Mt. Palaopao, Sumilao, Bukidnon

    Nakit-an nako imuhang blog while searching hiking destination and bump into this. Tinuod jud, mao na ang mga reason nganu ko na indulge into hiking. Dili lang sya maka relax but it made me realize how small I occupy in this world. Maski natil-asan. Nabuyagan na ko aning pagkatkat nako, go gihapon. There's something in adventure that makes me go. Lisud i-explain sa mga tao na dili hilig ani pero you know, only few people will understand how it feels like. Hahahaha. Mao ra to. Nagpadayag lang ko sa akoang gibati.

Dako nakong pasalamat nga makahimamat sa mga tawong sama nako ug panglantaw, panghunahun ug pagsabot. Ug adunay kagilok sa pagkatkat sa mga maanyag nga katkatonon.
